Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat! 

Do you experience the crash specifically with the redact feature? Also, does this happen with every file?

To test, would you mind trying the same workflow with a file saved on your device's desktop? Just trying to isolate the root cause of the issue.
