Trouble sending copy of PDF’s on WhatsApp

Hi everyone,

Recently in the past few days I have been struggling to send PDF's via WhatsApp. Normally, I could send it with no issues however it is now sending a link instead of the actual PDF. Does anyone have any idea why and if there is a way to fix this problem. I have attached a photo to show the issue.

Go to Edit (or the Acrobat app menu on a Mac) - Preferences - Email Accounts and tick off the box next to "Always send files as a link", then restart the application.
