Trouble with calculated values

Hello,

I created a form with fileds that calculate values (java script). If I fill all the fields, the sum at the end of the form is calculated correctly. But if I skip a few fields which have value and should contribute to the total sum, and change some of the fields which are text fields and are totally irrelavant to the total sum, the sum changes. Why is that?

Can somebody help me please.

Thank you

BR

It's a problem with the field calculation order. Go to Prepare (or Edit) Form mode, click on More (or Other Tasks) and then on Set Field Calculation Order and organize the fields in the order they should be calculated.

Hello,

I set the field calculation order so that all the values are calcualted one after another in order that they are organised. But still have a problem if one of the fields with value (which should be filled but is not). If I don't fill all the fields with value and change any of the text fields which don't carry any value, this still affects the field with total sum.

Thank you for your help.

There there's probably a problem with how you've set up the calculation itself.

Can you share the file with us (via Dropbox, Google Drive, Adobe Cloud, etc.)?
