Trusted list on acrobat.adobe.com is out-of-date

Hello,

 

we are a Qualified Trust Service Provider (QTSP). Our latest CA certificates were published on the European Trusted List on 12/12/2024, but they are still not recognized on acrobat.adobe.com. The Adobe Reader desktop version works fine.

Due to the outdated EU Trust List on acrobat.adobe.com, we and our customers are experiencing the following error:

 

 

Could you please provide us with the right contact for this kind of issue?
