Trying to cancel Adobe PDF Pack "annual plan, prepaid"

OK, I'll put an edge on my reply and say that I fell for Adobe's scam on this.

Here are the steps of the scam:

1. Adobe sends you email notices saying that your credit card information needs to be updated for the subscription (in my case, the expiration date had expired).

2. Try to cancel the subscription though AND YOU CANNOT -- no cancel button available per the link:  Cancel your membership or subscription | Adobe Acrobat, Document Cloud PDF services

3.  Update your credit card information and you are charged for the full year of the subscription

4.  Magically, the cancellation button does now appear on the aforementioned link, and you are able to cancel the subscription (again though, after you have now paid for  a full year).

Dishonest.

Thanks for the response, but that's just it:  the instructions do now work.  I purchased the product through Adobe, I went to Plans -> Manage plan, and there is no "Cancel" option anywhere.
