trying to collect data automatically from a submitted form

I have a form for which I am trying to collect data automatically. I am trying to use an internal server for collection.

It allows me to select my server, but it only allows manual collection of data.

It allows me to do automatic collection for a shared review but not for my form.

I have done this before on forms so I am not sure what has changed.

I thought it wasn't working because I had more than one form that I was trying to collect data for, so I archived the previous form and removed it from the tracking list. Now I have only the 1 form that I am trying to track data but there is still only the option to collect manually.

Can anyone provide some guidance for me?

Is the internal server used a network folder, a Microsoft SharePoint workspace (Windows only), or a web server folder?

Are you getting any error when collecting form data ? If yes, please share a screenshot.

I'm using a network folder.

I can select the server

There is no error but the Delivery Method is always Manually collect responses in my email box.

Can you please try distribute again via internal server after removing all existing server profiles. You can do so by Edit > Preferences > Tracker > Remove Custom Server Locations. Meanwhile, please share with us the version of Acrobat. You can share a screenshot of Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC.
