Trying to download adobe acrobat pro

and it tells me wrong serial number. Im getting it directly from my login page with the serial number

That looks promising. Try on Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X under the "Acrobat X Pro" section. Your most likely link is http://trials2.adobe.com/AdobeProducts/APRO/10/win32/AcrobatPro_10_Web_WWEFD.exe . Note: you cannot switch to a Mac.

Ok, if it was purchased in 2012 it won't have been Acrobat DC, or 2015 or 2017. It might well have been Acrobat Pro XI (11) or Acrobat Pro X (10). Do you know which one?

Oh it’s an old product purchased August 29, 2012 so that may be the problem.

Tried multiple downloads and when I get to serial number it tells me it’s wrong. I have my Adobe account open on my screen and copied and pasted over the number. I’ve recently changed computers so trying to get this put on this one. It is Adobe acrobat pro but when trying to download all the options show dc not sure if that makes a difference. Last tried download named acrobat_2015_web_wwmui also won’t work.
