    Hello @chriskatte,

I hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the trouble you had while installing the app.

When installing Adobe software on macOS, the password prompt you are seeing is a macOS security dialogue requesting your Mac user account credentials, not your Adobe account password or saved Keychain entries.

    To complete the installation:

    1. When the prompt appears stating that the installer wants to make changes, enter the macOS username and password that you use to log into your Mac mini.

    2. If your account has administrator rights, entering your Mac login password will authorize the installer.

    3. If your account is a standard (non-admin) user, enter the username and password of an administrator account configured on that Mac.

    4. If this is a work-managed Mac and you do not have administrative rights, you will need your IT administrator to grant access or install the software.

I hope this helps, and please reach out if you need any assistance.

    Regards,

    Anand Sri.
