Trying to move adobe pro XI from windows 7 to windows 10

I have an older window 7 machine with adobe acrobat pro 11.0.0 installed.  I installed adobe acrobat pro 11.0.07 ,  I entered the key while installing and it worked fine.  Now i am getting a popup when using adobe " Adobe Pro DC" License This Software, Continue Trial.

If i try and license the software it tells me my license is not valid.  I called support and they verified that it was.  They then transferred me to a different department that had me re download the same software and follow the same procedure I did originally and ended with the same results.  They then sent me here to the forums.

Call back and demand help. Acrobat XI is still supported for another 3 months and they need to help you solve this problem.

uninstall all arobat and reader versions

clean per http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cscleanertool.html if you had a cc trial on your computer

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer (don't skip this)

reinstall acrobat xi

kglad,

I tried this with no luck.  Same results, Adobe XI Pro Trial will expire in 28 days.
