Trying to print out form I9. When I print the pages comes out blank.

It is a secured pdf, but printing is allowed. Do you see the option to open it in Acrobat or Reader? select that, then fill it out and print it. Or save it from Acrobat, fill it out and print it. If it still prints blank, try printing as an image (advanced settings).
