Hi, I have just purchased an updated subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC and am trying to upload a PDF file to my Simpro Software program, however - every time I try by different means - it is coming up with an error message saying:

The uploaded file is not supported, please disable PDF Compression in the PDF creator and try again

Did you created the PDF in Adobe Acrobat Pro and by "trying to upload" do you mean trying to upload the PDF as a file attachment for an email in simPRO?

OR,

Are you trying to import and extract data from the PDF into a simPRO application?

Please clarify the workflow that you're trying to achieve.

Have you checked with the simPRO helpguide to see if you've  missed any steps:

See here:

There seems to be a lmit of 80MB  per upload , but I may be misinformed.

Specifically, see this part of the helpguide above:

Additionally, attachments associated with customers, employees, contractors, site, suppliers, pre-builds, catalogue, and plant & equipment items do not have an option to Attach to Emailas you cannot email those directly to the client associated with them.

Is this the software that you're using?

I want to make sure that I posted back the correct information.
