Two Different Payments was Charged

Hello, 

I have a billing issue with my Adobe Acrobat subscription. Currently, I am being charged two different amounts: 319 Turkish Lira and 904 Turkish Lira. Upon checking my active account, I verified that I am paying 319 Turkish Lira, which is the correct subscription. However, I could not find any active payment plan on my other Gmail accounts for the 904 Turkish Lira charge.

I suspect that the second charge may be linked to an account associated with my previous work email, which I no longer have access to.

Could you please help me with the following?

  • Confirm if the second charge is connected to my previous work email.
  • Provide guidance on how I can remove or cancel the account associated with this charge.
