Two infuriating Adobe annoyances - please help
1. In desperate attempt to build its Cloud business, Adobe thought it smart to bother Outlook users w/ pop-up iintruding upon EVERY file attached to Outlook message begging user to attach as link to Adobe's useless cloud, vs as an actual file. HOW DO I TURN THIS OFF? i NEVER will ever want to use this option.
2. Since Adobe started, for last 20 years or whatever, thumbnails have been on the left, and were visible as default. Now, they are not visible as default, they appear on the right (HUH???? AFTER 30 years you seriously think this novel amazing idea is really what people want??) AND, of course, the "innovative new look" features hiding anything that might be useful - including controls to toggle on/off thumbnails.
3. Hidden controls in new look include, Certificates to Adobe sign docs (another measure of company's pathetic offerings - DocuSign is SOOOOO much easier to use than Adobe, and was a tiny startup that ate Adobe's lunch in this). Can no longer find it Edit/Toools, no little pen offering, have to go to search bar and type in Certificate to call up controls.
-FIRE YOUR HEAD OF UX IMMEDIATELY. COULDN'T POSSIBLY BE WORSE.
