Two Property Boxes --> One will not move and blocks toolbar
When a Text Box is created, the Property Box in the green oval is created (see screen capture below). The Property Box in the red oval is toggled on and off with Ctl E.
I cannot move or get rid of the Property Box in the green oval by any ordinary means. Ctl e does not work on the Property Box in the green oval, it does on the Property Box in the red oval.
If I move/resize the Acrobat window, the Property Box in the green oval will go away until a new Text Box is created.
I can change/control the text properties using either Properties Box. Changes made in one box reflects in the other box. The Property Box in the green oval blocks the toolbar and data in the document and is a real nuisance. How can I get rid of the Property Box in the green oval so that I can use the Property Box in the red oval.
