tring to print a coupon from Websaver but everytime i opened the file..its showing this message??

@irene_7533 I remembered this from WebSaver — they do that to prevent multiple prints of the same coupon! Trust me, I tried to over-ride that when they had diaper coupons! One shot deal.

If you encounter an error, please check and confirm whether it occurs with that particular file or with other PDFs as well. Try to print the file as an image. Use the steps suggested below: https://adobe.ly/4aSBRGP.

If the issue occurs with a particular PDF, please share the PDF with us so we can check.

Hi Meenakshi,

I couldn't provide you with the file as it has 1 hour time frame to print it.

However, the issue hasn't resolved, it still showing the same error message.

Thank you for the information.

We did try to replicate the behaviour and see that the file downloaded from WebSaver is an FDF file. You cannot open and view FDF or XFDF files independently.

Please reach out to the WebSaver support team to have this checked.
