Unable to access ai assistant

I am unable to access ai assistant despite having subscribed and switched off and on phone. Does not work on desktop either..

I hope you're doing well, and we apologize for the delayed response and the trouble.

 

Please install the latest version of the app, 24.005.20421 Optional update, Feb 24, 2025, and let us know if you cannot access the AI Assistant feature. Check for any pending updates from the Menu > help > check for updates, install the updates, restart the app and the machine, and check.
