Unable to access document cloud via Acrobat DC

User has uploaded a folder and documents via the web to their document cloud but then once they have signed into Acrobat DC on their local machine and click to view all files in document cloud its blank and nothing happens.

I would first make sure that the account that the user is logging into on the web is the same account that they are logged into via Adobe Acrobat. This could cause the issue that you are experiencing. Also, make sure that on the left side of Acrobat, that you are clicking on Document Cloud.

Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that. As described, the user has uploaded a folder and documents via the web to their document cloud and unable to access them via Adobe Acrobat DC application.

 

- Would you mind sharing the steps the user did to upload the files to the document cloud via web?

 

- Have they started experiencing this issue recently? What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat DC the user is using? To check the version go to Help > About Acrobat and make sure he has the recent version 21.07.20091 installed. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

 

Please ask them to logout of the Adobe Acrobat DC application, reboot the computer and relogin with the same Adobe ID that is used on the Document Cloud on Web and check.
