Unable to access measurement tool

I have upgraded my Adobe subscription from Acrobat to Acrobat Pro specifically to make use of the measurement tool. However, when I go into work on a pdf the measurement tool is not available. I have double checked my subscription, done updates on and restarted my MacBook, sign out and then back in to Adobe, checked to ensure Acrobat is the default and nothing has worked. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Should I do this when it says ‘The cleaner tool is NOT an uninstaller’ when I click on the link you provided?

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

Let's try the following steps:

Open a PDF file in Acrobat
Go to > All Tools > Measure objects (please see the attached screenshot)

If you are still unable to see the tool, we can try the following:

Uninstall Acrobat using cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html
Restart machine, if possible
Download and install Acrobat
