Unable to activate Adobe Acrobat DC 2015

If your product is registered under your Adobe account, you can download the installer from there and put the serial number listed under your account details. https://account.adobe.com/ 

What happens when you enter the serial number for the activation? Any error message?

Note Adobe provides five years of product support, starting from the general availability date of Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat. In line with this policy, support for Adobe Acrobat Classic 2015 and Adobe Acrobat Reader Classic 2015 ends on April 07, 2020.
