Question

Unable to activate Adobe Acrobat Standard

My old laptop finally died. I tried to install the Acrobat SW on my new laptop. It keeps on asking me to activate the SW and giving me Internet connection not detected error. Error code is 159:41, if that helps.

There is no firewall.

The trial version of SW works fine.

I need to get the authorization code so that I can continue to use this great SW

When you ask a question you need to provide some basic information

-Forum quick start https://forums.adobe.com/docs/DOC-5601

Mac or Windows, and EXACTLY which version of the operating system?

Recent Mac AND Windows operating systems have been known to cause "odd" problems

Are you using a computer Administrator account with full read/write permission?

It's Windows 10 Home

Yes, I logged in as Administrator

What's the secured Adobe server? Can you send me the link so that I can try it.

I can connect to this one:

Advanced solutions to connection errors with Adobe Creative Cloud and Creative Suite applications

Thanks,
