Unable to Activate Adobe Acrobat Standard X or Adobe Acrobat 2017 on the Windows 10 Operating System

Question

Since 2014 I had been using Adobe Acrobat Standard X on my HP 18 All-in-One PC 18-5107Ain which had Windows 8.1 Single Language as the 64-Bit Operating System. An authorised service centre of HP in Mysore City, Karnataka State, India formatted the C drive on Saturday, January 18, 2024 as my HP 18 All-in-One PC 18-5107Ain had become slow. They have installed Windows 10 as the new Operating System. I was able to download Adobe Acrobat Standard X or Adobe Acrobat 2017 from my Adobe Account. But I have not been able to activate Adobe Acrobat Standard X or Adobe Acrobat 2017 on the Windows 10 Operating System despite giving the correct serial number because I have not been getting the option of Adobe Acrobat Standard X in the drop down menu whenever I am trying to upgrade! - You have the serial number for an Upgrade version, which means you must provide another serial number for a previous, full version to be able to use it.

- Either way you won't be able to activate Acrobat X now, so this whole endeavor is pointless.
