Unable to activate new Acrobat Experience

I really like the new Acrobat design. Since i reinstalled acrobat, the new design is gone and the option to activate it under "View" wont show up. Is there any fix or workaround to force the new design?

    The new experience is being rolled out as an experiment and may not be available to all users. As it was available before the re-installation, some backend changes may have occurred at that time. 

    We will check with the team for the workaround and update you with the correct information.

    I have the same problem.  When will this be rolled out again?
