Unable to adjust size of Output Preview Dialog Box

Question

Actually I'm able to adust the box up and down easily enough. However hovering on either side edge I get the double arrows for adjusting the size but they do absolutely nothing to make the box narrower like they should. This is more of a nuisance than a major problem. But it does take up additional real estate on the screen.

Using the most up to date version of Acrobat Pro DC on a Windows 10 machine.

Hi Brent,

Thanks for reporting this to us.

The Output Preview dialog box can be adjusted and dragged as per the requirement. If this doesn't work in your case, then you may try a few steps suggested below and see if that helps:

1- Restart your computer [after saving the work]

2- Open Acrobat DC help>Repair Installation

3- If it still doesn't work, then do a clean uninstall using this cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html and then reinstall the app.

Once done, check back and see if that helps!
