unable to cancel free trial

I am unable to cancel my free trial for Adobe Acrobat Pro.  I tried to cancel on your website multiple times but I kept running into an error:
 
I attempted to use your live chat to solve the issue but the customer support would send a message informing that they were busy and leave the conversation immediately. Therefore I am writing to log this issue and have my free trial cancelled.

Dobrý den, zrušil jsem zkušební verze,ale bylo mi naúčtována platba za měsíční platby. Žádám vás,aby jste zrušili platbu, neboť jsem vaší stránku zrušil ve zkušební době. Odpovídám na Vámi zaslany e-mail o úhradě používání Adobe, ačkoliv jsem ho nepoužil ani není nainstalován.Dekuji za pochopení. S úctou a pozdravem Martin Sirotny
