Unable to Close Adobe Acrobat DC after Windows 10 update

I updated Windows 10 last night. Today I am unable to close a pdf opened with Adobe Acrobat DC nor close Adobe when no document is open.  The "x" in the upper right corner does nothing. Have to go to task manager to close pdf or Adobe.  Anyone else having this issue?  Anyone have a solution?

I found the solution.  Windows Update KB4534132 was causing the problem.  Removed it and Adobe works fine.

Help button has also disappeared.
