Hi ,

When I go to File then tool and Combine PDF's and try to combine multiple PDF, I get a blank gray screen. Closing out Adobe Acrobat and retrying solve the issue , but this is a major inconvenience.

I have already tried repair and re-install.

I am using Adobe Acrobat 2017 version 11

Thanks

Hi Tina,

Seems that you have been trying to combine multiple PDFs using Acrobat 2017. The PDF files you have selected, what are the file sizes? Is there any file which is huge in size or may be restricted one?

1-Would you mind trying a different set of file combination?

2-If that still doesn't help then, Navigate to Acrobat>Edit>Preferences>Security (Enhanced)>disable  "Protected View" and "Enhanced Security">OK>close and reopen Acrobat

Note: these changes are only for testing purpose. Once tested, please change it back to the previous setting.

Thanks,

Akanchha

Hi AkanchaaS

So the Files range from 80kb to 200kb , and 11 to 45 are combined at time.

Also Wouldnt disabling "Protected View" would be a security issue ? I sort of never understoo why , Adobe has that setting in the first place if it is one of the resolutions of certain issues?
