unable to convert pdf files to word

Although I have a fully paid-up account, I am unable to convert pdf files to word. It keeps offering me the pricing package page even though my account is recorded and listed.

Sorry for the delay in response.

I checked your account with the email ID you are logged-in on forums. I couldn't see anything but Adobe Export PDF service, with this you won't be able to convert a file to PDF format. You may check FAQ for Export PDF: FAQ | Adobe Export PDF, Document Cloud

To convert files from different formats to PDF format, you need either Acrobat Pro/Standard or you can have Convert/PDFPack service.

Mr. Normanb was asking to convert PDF to Word and not Word to PDF. I also face the same problem, I am not able to get a good good conversion from PDF to Word. Any help to solve this would be great or else I may consider stop using Acrobat Adobe Pro.
