Unable to convert PDF to Word

Checking the account details we see that you have an active subscription for Adobe PDF Pack, so you would be easily able to export the PDF to Word. Would you mind sharing some more information so that we can assist you better:

• Are you getting any error message when trying to export the PDF to Word? Could you please share the screenshot of the error message/code?
• What is the workflow/steps you are doing to export the file? Are you using Adobe Acrobat Reader DC  to export the file? Please make sure you are logged in to the Adobe Acrobat Reader DC with your Adobe ID (Email used for Adobe Subscription)  
• Please try to sign out of the application and sign back in using the Adobe ID and check if that works for you.
• What is the version of the application installed? To check the version of the application please use the link - Identify the product and its version for Acrobat and Reader DC
• Please check for any missing updates and try to update the application to the latest version. Go to Help > Check for Updates. For more information about the latest version availabel please refer to the link - DC Release Notes — Release Notes for Acrobat DC Products

Alternatively, you can try exporting the PDF file to Word, online at - https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/home/

Which version of MS Word are you using? What version of Adobe Acrobat? And, on what operating system? Did you update anything on your system just before this stopped to work? And, is this happening with just one PDF file, or with all files? A good way to test a simple case is to use Word to create a very simple one page document, convert that to PDF and then try to convert that back to Word.
