I have Acrobat with a subscription to the PDF services pack and i used to be able to convert PDFs to Word w/o any problems.  However now when i try to convert a document its telling me to buy a subscription even though I already have one.  I may as well cancel the subscription. Any help appreciated

Hi there,

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

I’ve checked your Adobe ID and noticed that two different accounts are linked to the same email address:

  • Organizational (Federated) account
  • Personal account

This can sometimes cause sign-in or access issues. Your Subscription to Adobe PDF pack is linked with your personal account. Please sign out of the Adobe application completely. Then sign back in, making sure you choose your Personal account. Check if this resolves the issue.

For step-by-step guidance, you can also refer to this help page: https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/enterprise-id-faq.html

One more important note:

I noticed that your community screen name is set as your email address. Since this is a public forum, we strongly recommend changing it to protect your privacy and avoid spam, as per community guidelines.
