Unable to convert VISIO or WORD file to PDF

All,
I am Unable to convert VISIO or WORD file to PDF. I get the following error "Unable to find "adobe PDF" Printer or "Acrobat DIstiller" printer.

My helpdesk has suggested to reinstall the application.

Please update the application to the recent version 24.02.20687 . Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.

Also, go through the help page https://adobe.ly/4dldikm and see if that helps.

What's the exact version number of the application (You can find it out by going to Help - About Adobe Acrobat)? What's your OS version?
