Unable to create Adobe file from Word

User is unable to create Adobe file from Word (O365).  PDFMaker add in fails.  Ran repair, re-installed both O365 and Adobe.  This works when logged in as admin but not as user.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

    Generally speaking, you should post product questions in the forum of the same name. Using the Community is for questions about using the community software and other issues related to that.
