Unable to Create Sharable Links

Hello, I am a tech for a school district, and one of my clients is having a problem with generation sharable links for her PDF documents. She had no problem doing this before, but is now getting the error shown in the picture. I did have them sign in, restart their device, etc but the problem persisted. Is there an easy solution to fix this problem?

They need to sign in to their Adobe account for that to work... See the "Sign In" button at the top right-hand side of the window? That means they haven't logged in so far, or their name would appear there.
