Unable to download Acrobat Pro DC
What else can we do to install this onto our new computer? We have a id and password which we put in and then we tried to download adobe but it says it could not be downloaded.

As I understand from the description above, you are not able to download and install the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC on your new computer, Is that correct?
Please use the following link to download and install the Acrobat Pro DC, and sign in with your Adobe ID and password to activate the subscription on the new computer: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
