Question

Unable to download Adobe Acrobat DC, Reader, etc to PC

My computer is saying there is not enough space to download. I have attached an external hard drive and freed up as much space as I can, but there is still not enough. Is there another option to get this downloaded? It was on my computer at one point and I removed it because it wasn't working. Once I tried to re-download it, it has said "not enough space" and I am at a loss. At this point I need this program to get my documents to print correctly because of the way they're formatted.

Hi Courtneylk,

Acrobat DC and Reader are bulky application in comparison to other PDF viewer app. Make sure your system meets all the requirement to complete the installation smoothly:

Acrobat Reader DC: Adobe Acrobat Reader DC system requirements

Acrobat DC: Adobe Acrobat system requirements, supported platforms

Thanks,

Akanchha

You will need sufficient space on your system disk. The external disk doesn't really figure. How much space do you actually have on your main disk?
