Unable to download trial version of Adobe Acrobat DC

Hello I am unable to download and open the trial version on my mac (10.11.6 El Capitan).

I have tried the steps I found on this forum a number of times but still get the errror message.

Thanks for reporting the issue. We are looking into this.

Meanwhile please try to download and install Adobe Acrobat Pro DC from Download Adobe Acrobat DC (Continuous) for Enterprise or VIP licenses .

During installation, please select "Use trial or subscription" when prompted.
