Unable to edit a PDF with AdobePro

Question

Paying  for the package that includes editing.  still won't let me edit.  can anyone offer advice?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble, and the delayed response.

Do you see any error messages when trying to edit the PDF? If yes, would you mind sharing a screenshot of the error for a better understanding?

Also, if you had Reader installed previously, try running the Acrobat cleaner tool https://adobe.ly/3PUSdTL, reboot the computer once, and install the application using the direct link https://adobe.ly/3C8c3aA and see if that works for you.
