Hello,

I just tried to convert a document from pdf into word. Once its in word, I cannot edit the text.

Its very frustrating because I need this product to help me transfer PDF into word so I can at least copy and paste the words that I need and paste them into a new microsoft word document for processing.

Please help!

Can you select the text in the PDF file? If not, it's probably just an image. You can try running Text Recognition on it before exporting it to Word. If the results are successful you'll have "real" text that can be selected, copied and edited.
