Hi All,

Currently trying to resolve an issue for someone who is running Adobe Acrobat DC Pro version 2300120174 64bit.

The issue is that after they print to PDF using the Adobe PDF printer they lose the ability to modify or move Markups, they can still create them but after they are made they cannot be chnaged until the user restarts the Adobe app.

I repair of Adobe did not fix the issue, nor has a complete re-install of the application. just wondering if onyone has come across this before?

Thanks in advance for advise you may be able to provide.

Hi @Daniel30601244ou9n

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delay

Have you been trying to move and edit the existing comments/note all around? If yes, then it should have been possible after printing the file to pdf.

  • Repair installation once. Open Acrobat.help>Repair Installation.
  • Are you printing the .pdf file to pdf, or was it in a different format, and you created using Print to PDF?
  • Acrobat and Reader official update 23.003.20215 are now available. This update will be automatically pushed to all existing installations of Acrobat and Reader. If you want, you may also manually trigger the update early by opening the application and going to Help > Check for Updates> rebooting Acrobat.

More information about this release is here: Release Notes | Adobe Acrobat, Reader

Thanks,

Akanhcha
