The free Adobe Reader is not an editor. If you want

to edit PDFs with Adobe software, you’ll need to pay for Acrobat.

However, whoever wants to edit the PDF is the one who needs Acrobat. So even if you pay for Acrobat, that won’t affect whether or  your assessor can edit the PDF. They will need Acrobat to make edits. But if they are just making comments (like highlights or sticky notes), that can be done with the free Adobe Reader.

I have the same issue as well. I pay for this every month and I am unable to edit. I am getting no assistance from this company. There is no information on why I can't edit when I pay for this feature.
