Unable to edit/rename/delete Bookmarks using Adobe Online.

When we log into Adobe, there are no options to rename, edit, or delete bookmarks. The ability to select a destination is not an option to. What could be the issue causing this?

    Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

     

    What happens when you try to edit the bookmarks do you get any error message? If yes, please share the screenshot of the same.

     

    Is this an issue with a particular PDF file, or with all the PDFs? Please try with a different PDF file and check. A small video recording of the issue would be very helpful for more clarity.

     

    Also, check the document restriction summary for any kind of restrictions applied on the document. Open the PDF >  Ctrl,Cmd + D > Under security tab, check the document restriction summary.

     

    Make sure you have the application updated to the recent version 23.06.20360. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once.
