Unable to find "Adobe PDF" Resource Files. Adobe XI Pro and Office 365...

I have a new user that I set up and they are unable to use the adobe add in to convert Excel (and ONLY excel) files to PDF's.

 

The previous new user had this issue as well but I was able to resolve it by uninstalling and reinstalling office 365 and Adobe. I have tried 4 times not with this new user and cannot resolve the issue... as well as a slew of other potential fixes...

 

I have searched high and low and am at a loss on how to get this to work!

Acrobat XI is an old and unsupported version. I don't believe it's officially compatible with the latest version of Office (which doesn't mean it won't work, just that it's not guaranteed, or tested, to work with it). Make sure you update it to the latest version possible (11.0.23) and if you're running it on Windows 10 then try using the Compatibility Mode set to Windows 7, for example. These are your best options of getting it to work, but as I said, there are no guarantees.
