Unable to insert word documents to PDF using Adobe Acrobat Pro

We have an employee here that is using Adobe Acrotbat Pro XI to convert and create PDF's. She usually "inserts from file" into the PDF and converts the word document to pdf and attach. She is getting an error message as the programs attempts the operation. " Adobe PDFMaker- "An unexpected error occurred. PDFMaker was unable to produce the Adobe PDF.".

She is using Office 2010 and windows 7 pro 64-bit.

I uninstalled Arcrobat but she is still getting the issue.

Any ideas?
