Unable to install Acrobat as a part of CS6 on new system

I had to have Yosemite reinstalled on my new MacBook Pro because CS6 would not work with El Capitan.

I then reinstalled CS6 and everything works except for Adobe Acrobat X. Because I have AAX on my desktop Mac and I want it on my new Macbook Pro, I tried to "deactivate" it on my old MacBook Air but there is not option for it under "Help" in the menu bar.

How on earth do I get AAX to install on my MacBook?

Hi Lisa,

Sorry for the inconvenience. You may follow the below steps and let us know if those helps.

1. Deactivate the Suite, by launching Photoshop.

2. Close all the Adobe CS6 Suite applications.

3. Launch Photoshop and try activating, if activation works fine.

4. Launch Acrobat first and then try launching other applications
