Unable to install Acrobat DC

Hi 

 

I am trying to install Acrobat DC through Creative Cloud on MAC 11.2.1 but it fails. before this my Acrobat gave me an error "You do not have permission to open the application “Adobe Acrobat.app"

 

does anyone else has this issue
