Unable to install acrobat Pro DC trial

Hi I managed to download the installer for the trial, but upon double clicking on it, this appears immediately without anything else. I am using a windows 10 laptop. Restarting the laptop did nothing.

uninstall all acrobat versions (after securing your serial number because you'll probably need to reinstall).

uninstall reader

clean per Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs

restart your computer

retry installing the trial.

I have the same issue.  Followed this procedure and still same result.  Never had Acrobat. Uninstalled Reader DC and ran the cleaner tool.  Rebooted.  Same issue.  Uninstalled Adobe Air.  Same issue.  Only product left is Flash.  PC is Windows 7, 64bit.
