Unable to install acrobat pro in creative cloud

Hi Adobe community

We have en issue with Adobe Acrobat pro in Adobe creative cloud.

 

When I ad a Adobe Acrobat pro licens to a user in Adobe admin console on and the user log in to Adobe creative cloud, the user is not able to install Adobe Acobat pro.

The user has Adobe reader installed.

How do we install Adobe Acrobat pro in Adobe creative cloud when  alicens is given to a user?
