Unable to install Acrobat Reader in Windows 11

I uninstalled Acrobate reader then downloaded intall file of latest version ( 25.001.21111), I start installation. It seems completed successfully but there is no any software in the pc. I tried this 4-5 times. I also tried 2025.001.20997 it also didn’t work. Can you help please?

      Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble with using Acrobat Reader.

       

      For ARM-based devices, the 32-bit installer would be the way to go forward.

       

      Please try downloading the offline installer from here: https://get.adobe.vom/reader/enterprise/

       

      Once there, select the 32-bit version before proceeding to downloading.

       

      Let us know if this works for you.

      ​@ilker_9911 that’s super weird?! I literally on the weekend been installing Adobe on my wife’s new PC, and had no issues. 

      First since, you have tried 4-5 times, let’s do a clean sweep here, by downloading Adobe Cleaner Tool first, and remove any old remnants or corrupted installation files. https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/apps/troubleshoot/diagnostics-repair-tools/run-creative-cloud-cleaner-tool.html

      Once you have cleaned it. Let’s go back and install it, Acrobat Reader, https://get.adobe.com/ca/reader

      This is crucial… do not use any of the previous downloads. Better yet. delete those from your trash. 
      It should only take a few seconds. Or… if you prefer...


      You could download Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App, and go through and get Acrobat. Or even go through your online account, adobe.com

        Use this link: https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ choose “More download options” just slightly above the download button - small text. 
        Try downloading the installer and check again. Let us know how it works.

        Unfortunately none of above suggestions didn’t work.

        I used “AdobeCreativeCloudCleanerTool.exe” and removed all.

        then installed installer file 2025.001.21111 version. It seems installed properly but there is no any file, folder, app in the pc. 

         

        Even I tried Turkish version 2025.001.20997 (pls see below ss). this is really weird.
