Correct answer AnandSri

Hi Williams,

As per the description above, you are not able to install the Acrobat Standard DC, Is that correct?

The record shows that you have an active subscription of Acrobat Pro DC.

Please follow the KB doc for the troubleshooting steps: Troubleshoot Adobe Acrobat Reader installation | Windows  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/troubleshoot-reader-installation-windows.html

If this does not work, you can use the Adobe Cleaner tool to remove all the installation files related to Acrobat Standard Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs  Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html

Restart your Windows computer, and install the Acrobat Standard DC from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  Link: https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html

Hope this helps , and keep us posted with the results.

Regards,

Anand Sri.
