Unable to install and activate Acrobat Pro dc, asking for serial number.

Здравствуйте.

Я 4 сентября купил через интернет программу Acrobat Pro DC (Номер заказа ADD016846634) и установил эту программу а мне пишет компьютер что ваша бесплатная пробная версия больше не действует и надо купить Acrobat. А серийный номер 24 значный не найти по этому продукт не зарегистрировать. Я набирал «Планы и продукты» затем «Просмотр ваших заказов» затем нажимал на «Номер заказа ADD016846634» но с помощью этого не у даётся получит серийный номер 24 значный и по этому я не могу использовать купленую программу. Сообщите мне пожалуйста этот серийный номер 24 значный. Моя электронная почта (email removed by mod).

I bought through the Internet the program Acrobat Pro DC (Order Number ADD016846634) on September 4 and installed this program. And the computer writes to me that your free trial version is no longer valid and  and I need to buy Acrobat. And the serial number 24 digit for this productI did not find . I dialed "Plans and Products" then "View your orders" and then clicked on "Order number ADD016846634" but with this I do not have a serial number of 24 digits and therefore I can not use the purchased program. Please tell me, what this serial number is (24 digits). My email mail (email removed by mod)

As per the description above, you are not able to install and activate the Acrobat Pro DC subscription which you have under your Adobe ID, Is that correct?

The record shows you have an active subscription of Adobe Acrobat Pro DC and it's and email based subscription which does not require any serial number for activation.

Please sign in with your Adobe ID and password in Acrobat Pro DC to activate it.

Go to Help>Choose to  Sign out. Launch the Acrobat Pro DC, and sign in.

If you choose to uninstall and reinstall, then choose Start trial option during the  installation process, and finish the installation.

Once the installation process is complete, launch the Acrobat Pro DC, and sign in with your Adobe Id and password, and it will activate the subscription on your computer.

To download Acrobat Pro DC: Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X
