Unable to install the Trial version of Acrobat as it fails around 75%.

As per the description above, you are not able to install the Trial version of Acrobat as it fails around 75%, Is that correct?

For Windows Machine:

• Quit the installer, open the Task manager and kill all Adobe related process.
• Use Adobe Cleaner tool to remove any leftover  files  Download Adobe Reader and Acrobat Cleaner Tool - Adobe Labs Link: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html
• Restart the computer and then download and install the Acrobat or Reader from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  For Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
• Note: Run the setup as Administrator by Right Click on Setup file and choose Run as Administrator.

For Mac Machine:

• Quit the installer, open the Activity Monitor and kill all Adobe related process.
• Remove/move to trash all Acrobat folder from System and User Library i.e. /Library/ApplicationSupport and ~/Library/ApplicationSupport.
• Run the uninstaller file of Acrobat from Application folder (If Reader or Acrobat was installed earlier).
• Restart the computer and download and install the Acrobat or Reader from Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, 2017, XI, or X  For Reader Adobe - Adobe Acrobat Reader DC Distribution  Link: https://get.adobe.com/reader/enterprise/
